His name is Stathis aka mod.est_designs he is one of the contributors of Mythic Vault and deals with Custom Gaming (mainly) Gear.
He uses spray, airbrush and works mainly with stencils and waterslide decals. All his creations are finally finished with 2K automotive varnish for durability.
